My mouth has been hurting recently and I’ve been getting a few ulcers. My recent diet isn’t great as I’ve been eating/drinking a lot of sugary things (damn Christmas time!) and I’ve had a few ulcers too.
but the roof of my mouth seems discoloured. I’ve not seen it like this before. Is it ok?
