Is there a chance I have more than one hernia

 I been diagnosed with small Inguinal hernia, and I am planning to do a surgery soon

however at this time I have strange abdominal pain on the right side above my hernia, Here are some pictures and is there a chance I have more than one hernia that I know of ??

Thank you for the reply, but I do not understand should not be there a bulge or something. or a hernia can be under the muscles.

I have gone in for 2 hernia repairs already, and each time they found 2. I'm going in for another one in two weeks, whether there's a bulge in that specific place or not, there can still be a hernia! Not all doctors will take you seriously if you don't have a bulge, but it's definitely possible. Hope you get it all figured out

my first hernia opp the doctor went in to fix one hernia and found 8 more so fixed all of them. the next time I had 3 hernias then 6 and the last time 2, now I think I have at least 3 more
