i assume they are from shaving, they make me so insecure and i would stop but i just don't like hair down there

The lumps are likely caused by a condition, pseudofolliculitis barbae, a foreign body response to ingrowing hairs brought on by close shaving. You need to review how you remove body hair and keep the area clean. There is a good article written by Ogunbiyi (link below or Google “Pubmed PMC6585396”). Read the section at the end about prevention.
