Is there a way to make heroes sore dry faster?

hello,

i was just diagnoses with herpes two days ago and have been taking acyclovir but it doesnt seem like anything is improving down there. my symptoms started four days ago and i am still in a lot of pain. i wash the area and dry it but im wondering does anyone know how long it will take for the sores to dry out or if theres a way to speed the process up because as of right now i do not see a light at the end.

sorry youre going through this. its going to take more than two days for it to work. how long have you been breaking out? it usually lasts up to 3 weeks even with the meds

try tea tree oil+ coconut oil. also lidocane cream
