I'm here moaning again. I started sert 25mg in Dec. Have gone up at 25mg each time till I got to 100mg. Then doc said go to 150mg. Oh my lord I felt shocking for 3 weeks and somehow managed to visit my doc. He said drop to 125mg which I did the next day. I felt brilliant for 2 days but now I'm c**p again. I don't know if it's from dropping or if the 150 had kicked in and then I dropped.. it's like a catch 22 situation .I feel like i can't breathe properly and i have no energy or urge to do anything. I've been off work now since nov and i really need to go back for financial reasons but i can hardly go out of the house ..im so fed up

HI hoopz I’m in the same boat as you. I’ve been on 20mgs of paroxatine now for the past 7wks and still feeling really crap. Av u ever felt detached and feel as though you’ve lost ureself. I feel like it all the time and that wot scares me the most. I just wished these tablets would kick in properly so that I can feel like myself again. I’m still aving to take sleeping tablets every night. Do u take anything else to help you with the side effects or to help you sleep x
I just feel sort of numb and like I don't really care about anything. I took pheneghan early days to help me sleep but my sleep is a bit better now. I've stopped waking up in a pool of sweat at least. I think that this dehydrates you and makes you feel awful especially if you are on the loo half the day. I take an imodium before I go to bed and that's helped.
I am not taking anything else though

It could be because you dropped back down. Give it a few weeks. I am sure things will even out. I know you’ve been on this as long as I have. I started dec 1st. Finally I’m good at 100. It took me a long long time . Don’t give up youll get there!
We are in the exact same boat . I am on week 4 of 150mg . I had two good days and bam !! Back to feeling like poop ! I am scared to drop to 125 mg . I just don’t know what to do . I am soooooo sick of this !!!!
Feel your pain hoopz! On 150mg from 125mg for 10 days now. Missed a dose yesterday. Have had really bad nausea and 2 migraines since Wednesday. Head does feel a little clearer but the physical side effects are terrible! Every time I have a migraine and tak my migraine meds I take a panic attack...and I'm not sure if it's b cause the meds don't combine well or because I overthink it....so fed up! Been on this journey since 9th January 😩

Imodium is for diarrhoea. Supposed to take 2 with water if you have the trots.
I found that if i take one before bed it helps with bad bum in the morning. I checked with doc and he said it's ok
