Just wondered if anyone has experienced anything like this before..... 18 months ago I discovered a soft lump which was bleeding a little in my vagina. Went to the emergency room, they didn't really know what it was. There was a little pain but not much. Every so often it would fill up and a little blood and pus come out. I now have another one on the other side, and every time I have sex one or both of these lumps get hard and painful, fill with fluid and a little blood, and then drain out. Has anyone ever had anything like this? It's really getting me down as sex is now quite painful and we are trying for a baby. I'm sure it's related to the Bartholin gland as this happens just with arousal not necessarily penetration (sorry for the tmi!). I'm in my thirties and this started when I was 34. If anyone could advise I'd be so grateful, as my doctor can't seem to offer much help.
honestly, it sounds like some cysts i had. i actually had a barthon gland removed because mine would get so big and hurt so bad that one side would touch the other. try soaking in a hot bath with vinegar or bleach. oh yea, the fluid that came out of mine smelled so bad .

my daughter had this go to hospital as you only just started with it and we went a couple of times they didn’t hurt her but the sooner you go hospital will deal with it and you get back to normal very soon . your doctor might send you its only because they have the right department to deal with it. don’t let it go on , my daughters never came back , take someone with so they can drive you back . it is quite a common thing to happen so please worry .

I just had my bartholin gland removed about two weeks ago. I cant seem to find much about recovery online. how did yours go? are there noticeable differences? have you had any problems? sorry, so many questions
