Is this a bite or a spot?

I’ve found this spot on the side of my leg, it appears to have a yellow or white head on it.

See the picture attached, is this a bite or spot?
It doesn’t itch like a bite.

I’m 90% sure what i have is folliclitis, however several GP’s i’ve been to see about it haven’t been able to diagnose it. The last GP gave me flucloxacillin to help clear whatever this is. However today i found this one:

It appears to be flat and not itchy at all.
