Is this a cold sore/herpes or a canker sore? Please help

its like inside my mouth almost i dont know if it could be herpes or a canker sore. i never had a cold sore and i dont know if this is it or not. so please if i can get some help that be great

canker sore !!! its inside the mouth but barley put salt on it , it will burn like hell but will clear faster
