Hi Crystal, it looks like a vulvar sebaceous cyst. They are common and annoying but harmless. Your oil gland is clogged. The best to do is nothing. You can take lukewarm bath to help it drain. If it doesn’t hurt or swell, it’s not infected… just full of sebum. Do not try to pop it because bacterias can get in. If it causes too much discomfort, you can discuss removal with your doctor.
