Not sure is this is a cyst, or could possibly develop to an open sore or blister? it does not hurt or itch, but i am bit worried. Not sure how long I have had this since just recently the past month i have been sexually active and I have not checked down there for a while. I recently tested 10 panel and luckily everything was negative; however, i did get a false positive on syphillis, but they ended up testing me again with FTA-ABS test which turned out non-reactive so that was good. I will be seeing the gyno regardless since i am due for a pap smear, but just wanted to get some thoughts . That false positive worries me so I will test for Syphillis again in the next 2-4 weeks.
