Fistulas normally stay open and drain pus. They usually form after an abscess. You would definitely know you have an abscess because they hurt like really bad zits/pimple. Mist pop and drain pus and blood. Fistula develops as a result of the abscess.
This looks more like a clogged butt hair duct. Always good to see a gastroenterologist to be sure though.
