i wore tight panties 3 days ago & the next day i woke up with a sore it has looked the same ever since i seen it & i don't have any discharge or odors , it doesn’t burn when I pee but I have been putting neosporin on it. ive had the same partner for 2 years & i just hope it isnt anything else . it does have some pain to it only if i wipe hard because i forget its there. what could this be HELP!

i dont have any different pictures but my herpes blood test sadly just came back positive.

Your herpes test is likely unrelated to this, HSV, especially HSV-1 is quite common. This looks more like a friction lesion so the HSV was an incidental finding.
