So this popped up in February of this year (so I've had it for about 7 months) with a burning/pinching sensation and slightly gets bigger when it is irritated. Some days it is flat and other days it is slightly raised. What's bothering me is that it is in the middle of my frenulum (penile). It just seems so odd out of all the places it could appear. Is this a wart or just a bump that's easily irritated because some days it appears slightly larger and raised, but some days it's slightly smaller and flat.
