so recently I noticed this white patch under my skin on the side of the head of my penis (not sure how long its been there). Its hard to see and I’ve looked at it 100’s of times in the past week so i can no longer tell if I’m paranoid or actually seeing something real.

it does not appeared to be raised.

the patch is in an area where my skin kind of bunches up so i have to stretch the skin to see it. other wise you cant really see it.

it looks like something from some angles and nothing from others.

I’ve only had oral sex (received) about 12 month ago now (nothing since) - it was unprotected.

it looks normal to me, you should be fine

Hi,

I don’t think it’s an STD; it’s a patch of slightly lichenified or thickened skin. Many causes but often the result of chronic irritation, scratching or rubbing. Not something to be worried about.
