i have this excess skin right on my anus, unsure of how long its been there since i wasnt as worried about anything down there since i am in a long distance relationship and havent been sexually active in a year. and had the same partner for a whole 2 and a bit years.
this excess skin doesnt hurt but sometimes after bowel movements and i wipe there can be a small amount of bright red blood.
i only worry about it being genital warts as my sister has been diagnosed with HSV-2
my second question is how likely would it be that i would contact that from living in the same house as her.

This is just an anal skin tag, not genital warts (HPV) or genital herpes (HSV).
It’s a skin remnant from piles/haemorrhoids that have resolved; it’s not caused by an infection so it can’t be passed on.
