ive had this ulcer on my labia thats progressively getting bigger and deeper. ive had it for 2.weeks. my lymph nodes are swollen and for the last 3 days i feel almost fluish. ive had hsv1 coldsores since i was a kid and this definitely never blistered. however it keeps sloughing. it started as an itchy spot that i itched raw. im scared and embarrassed. i did have a one night stand about 4 to 5 weeks ago and i didnt use protection. the small red one was taken 12 days ago and its progressed

ive tried yeast cream. otc steroid. otc antibiotics and it doesnt seem to be healing. like i stated my lymphnodes are huge in my groin and my body aches. there are no blisters just shiny from whatever it constantly weeps.
I would go to the nearest ER or City MD to consult a doctor specially being that is not healing. Im not a doctor but from what I have seen if it was herpes it would be healing just like a cold sore. At first its ugly but after a few stages it starts to heal.
