this just looks like a scratch maybe yeast, does not look like herpes.

no it went away but it was just itchy im not sure im guessing it was just a bad yeast infection .

It looks like blisters that have become slightly infected.
its gone i did notice i had a few ingrown hairs . have you checked for them?
