Is this a herpes outbreak??

i was having random itches throughout my body last night, mostly on my lower back. i scratched a bit, looked in the mirror and felt and noticed several raised red bumps. the next morning i checked again, one was pus filled, and they didn’t itch anymore but they hurt.

they dont look like herpes . look more like bites . but im no doctor so get swabbed just in case you feel concerned

It doesn’t look like Herpes to me but definitely get it checked out to be sure.
