I woke up this morning with this bump on my upper lip just below moustache. I have been traveling and haven’t got much sleep in last two days and my travel friend had a cold and now we both have sore throats and headaches. I am sexually active but I haven’t been with anyone who had any evidence of oral herpes. I also tend to groom my moustache and beard often which makes me think it’s a possible ingrown hair
