Im so scared

The only way to find out for sure is by visiting your doctor. They could very easily be anxiety symptoms especially when you have a history of anxiety and depression.
Youll have peace of mind instead of fear and worry.

They sound exactly like a panic attack. But you'll never know until you see a doctor. Get a check up & explain your symptoms. You'll be fine ❤
Only way to find out would be to visit your doctor. The symptoms could definitely be related to anxiety but get checked out for peace of mind. With your history of anxiety and depression, most likely they are caused by anxiety.
Find ways to relax
I listen to Mindfulness meditations for anxiety on you tube every night. They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms.
You are going to be fine 🌸🌸🌸
Hi Star, like the others have said, it sounds exactly like a panic attack. I got them badly when I started on citalopram a number of years ago. I eventually stopped taking them, but I'm not advising you stop yours! Some people are more sensitive to anti-depressants than others (everyone's body is different) and I've had some bad reactions. It could be that fluoxetine isn't the right one for you.
I would advise you to phone the GP today and get an appointment for as soon as possible. Even a phone consultation might do as it's obviously nearly Christmas. This is something that has started since you began the pills, so you need to let the doctor know about it.
I know it's scary having these symptoms, but try and not get yourself too worried about it. It's likely something that can be sorted out, but you need to speak to the doctor first!
