Is this a perineal tear or just a vaginal cut? Help

throwaway account because I'm highkey embarrassed lol but, I got a new ""toy"" and tried it out and felt some type of rip/pitching feeling and when i was done there was just, blood everywhere, not painful or anything just, blood and my vagina looks like this now

also, is there anything i should do? like will this get infected? (it takes 5 months to get into my GP so- can't really talk to her about it ) thank you for your help♡

Hey ! that looks like a fractured cut / tear.I would try to make a appt with a gynecologist to make sure it’ll heal properly without stitches or anything since if looks kinda like a deep cut or so they can tell you how to let it heal or what you can use to put on it preventing any infection Best of luck !
