Is this herpes or just a bad case of thrush? I just started having sex, i will say that i get extremely tight and it makes penetration a bit hard. Which resulted in me taking in the pain and having sex anyhow with minimal lubrication. Could this be irritation? I'm so stressed out and scared. 
I would like to add i’m not in pain and they don’t hurt.. it just itches a bit. & i’ve been getting a yeast like discharge..no strong odor.
Visually it looks normal , you’re probably having irritation , you should have more foreplay and lubrication from now on.
Now that you are sexually active you can expect some changes down there.
