So I was recently sexual activity, and it was very rough and painful. Soon after I noticed that it was very painful for me to pee and it was a stinging sensation down there like i had been scratched or something, i assumed that it was UTI due to the painful urination would go away in a few days. After a few days the pain to urinate got more severe and I noticed that the stinging sensation felt more like a cut, so i decided to do some research and found that it may be a vaginal tear. I took a picture and noticed a big pink spot near my anus and vaginal opening. I'm not sure what this is but if someone can please help. Its very painful to pee and even poop sometimes due to this, i also cant wear tight clothing or shower properly without being in pain from this.
