this showed up 16 days ago and seems to be drying out is it a wart or somthing eles my penis head is dry and irritated and i have all round dryness on genital area was informed to not put cream on and see if it goes but hasemt gone yet and is taking long time to go it seems to change size with moisture and dryness
it does not have the appearance of a wart
