Is this a yeast infection? pic included

I think the discharge is from a yeast infection. Its curdlike but has kind of a yellow/light green color. So I took flucanzole 150mg last night and this morning I had ALOT of discharge more than I had before. Please help??

Question 1: Do you have any itchy sensation in your vulva? Any redness?

Question 2: Is it a smelly discharge? If not, than it might be yeast infection.

If question 1 is a yes and question 2 no than it might probably be “Vulvovaginal Candidiasis”

If you used Fluconazole and had no apparent progression, try the following regime:

Clotrimazole (1% cream once daily) for seven days.

From what I knew, I could be a sign of the infection trichomoniasis. To treat it, you should ask your doctor for a prescription medicine called metronidazole.
