hello, so recently i had a smell coming from my penis. i noticed some smegma so immediately cleaned it and cleaned out underneath my foreskin. ive continued to clean it out for the last few days and theres still a feint smell. in addition the head seems to be a bit dried out. i have no pain peeing, no irritations, no itchiness, nothing. should i apply some clotrimazole?
This is always an issue that is present to some degree or another - it is a matter of getting your penile hygiene the best you can get it. Always draw your foreskin away from the tip of your penis before urinating, then wipe away any urine residue with a paper or toilet tissue - wash when you can, but avoid soap, water only - then fully dry.
