This white dot appeared out of nowhere. No pain, itch, or anything. Just there. I had Mollescum Contagiosum in the past so I started taking action immediately. I burned it with Apple Cider Vinegar. A week later after applied ACV, when the skin started to heal, but the white dot is still there. Any idea what this is?
