i am terrified of death, to the point of analyzing every little phenomenon that could be an omen of my death.
today is my birthday, and i saw crows diving from the roof of my house. it never happened before, so i'm scared it means i'll die at this age. i've been worrying over my bowels lately, thinking i have bowel cancer, so i'm scared i'll die from that.
is this an omen?

You seem very over-anxious about death and illness generally. Can I ask your age? I am guessing you're a teenager, but do correct me if I'm wrong.
You are not alone. Counselling is the best method of help for people with anxiety disorders. Do go and see your doctor and get a referral.

and yes i'm 16, and i'm already seeing a counselor, twice per month.
i made huge progress since last year, but there's still work to be done with anxiety

Hi cam been there done that it took me over 30 years to find the answer about dying it only happens once I have died so many times first it was my heart second stoke third cancer fourth and so on do you get it I wish someone told me this I stead of prescription drugs like xanax by the way happy birthday

Those who are terminally ill know they're dying. You're way too young. The crows could be there because there's a dead animal. If you see them they all like to hang out somewhere. They probably just chose your place. Don't worry. My mom had a strange encounter too. She was parked and was going to get out but saw all the crows in her truck. She was scared. So she left.
