I have been newly diagnosed where i had an ulcer and got tested positive for HSV-2. He also said its a past infection. I was prescribed medication they told me to take to help. I took for a few days until test results came back and decided not to continue since the sore was healed. Recently, A bump showed up on my anal area and started to fade and another one came on. My Dr. gave me Valacyclovir 1000mg 1x a day for suppression therapy. However, the one that faded away came back and i developed a 3rd bump on my anal area. It has been itching and feeling tingles. They are not hard like a hemorroid and im not constipated. Ive been experiencing on and off leg throbbing. I also developed another bump that feels like a blister on my cervix and massive discharge. Is this a breakout on my anal area? Also, can Valacyclovir make the situation worse? I have noticed since i have been taking the medication im experiencing more leg pain and tingling. If anyone can let me know. That would be great. I am newly diagnosed and trying to understand outbreaks and symptoms.
