To me, it looks like either a fordyce spot or a pearly papule. Both which are not stds. The pearly papule will usually clear up on its own after 6-12 months. Theyre usually found on the head of the penis, but they can also be found on the shaft. Google both conditions and see what you think. If you want complete peace of mind, of course go to the doctor. But to me, I really think its one of the above & not an STD. My fiance has had this issue as well, & his cleared up within a year. Neither of us had any STDs when we got checked. Wish you the best.
