I havent had sex in over a year but i noticed these a few months ago. Theres more on my thighs near my pubic area and on my vulva. Im terrified

they appear to be little blisters?
have they been multiplying?

this looks like molluscum contagiosum. i would avoid shaving, just trim because they multiply easily! it is harmless but very annoying ..i still suggest you go to a dermatologist to get a for sure answer though.
