Hi, I last had sex with a consistent partner in February of 2020 but it was unprotected. After that relationship ended, I tested negative for everything when my STD panel was done. But today in the shower I noticed that I had one raised bump near my perineum and it felt sore, as well as the area around it. I shaved the area to get a closer look, and it looks like there's a rash/dry skin but there is discomfort. There were also other individual raised bumps that looked like they were a bit red and maybe leaking a clear liquid. I have no other symptoms. They're not itchy or super painful but they're a bit sore. Is this herpes or HPV or another STD that may be appearing now, months later? They don't look like blisters either, more like mosquito bites.
I circled the irritated looking bump, and then the skin around it so you can see textural differences. I’m not sure if I’m just over-reacting but it’s hard because we’re always warned about STDs but I feel like no one ever shows us what they look like and on the internet it’s really hard to get a clear idea cause some look different than others even though it’s the same condition.

It could just be mild folliculitis.
