So, yesterday i had unprotected sex for the first time with a girl that has been sexually active for quite some time. I'm a really paranoid person, so when i looked at my penis and saw pimples i started freaking out.

Nothing serious as far as Ican tell.
Unless it's something painful or itchy, it's just a side effect of the sex . But be careful that u avoid sex as far as possible or use condom in the future.

From the pic u uploaded, there is nothing need to worry, there is no symptoms on your penis and it is too quick to develop a symptoms in only one day.
However, unprotected sex is considered as a high risk sex behaviour. I would suggest do not have unprotect sex with casual partner in the future as STDs could be passed by this way.
I would highly recommended go for a full screen test after one month and hope all of the result will be negative.
