Hi. I have quite bad anxiety. A week ago i had unprotected oral sex with one person and protected sex with another on the same day. i am paranoid that i have an STI. I have no sores or discharge symptoms but my foreskin tip was very red. Now the tip isn’t as red as it was but the penis head has blotchy red patches. I thought it might be balanitis or friction burn from overuse. Do i have anything to worry about? I will NEVER have unprotected sex again.
