my penis is in this condition. theres discharge coming out. and it does not hurt when i pee. i have no clue what to do. i dont want to leave it like this. i gotta do something. idk if should i put on clotrimazole(glenmark usp1%). or tbh i dont know what are my options. plz help asap if anything. no clue if this herpes or a fungal infection maybe

I suggest you get the sores swabbed ASAP. The Dr can give you the correct creams.

It’s most likely yeast infection but I agree you need to get the sores swabbed asap to be sure. Might be early stage of HSV, but sores could also definitely be caused by yeast infection. You need to visit your doctor asap.
