had one scab come up last week but more have appeared, happened after i shaved so am hoping its just irritation but looks bad so any help is very appreciated

you’ll need professional prescription meds.
however something to do by yourself is use scissors and not a razor when shaving down there. wear loose underwear and don’t rub it too much when washing/bathing.
and scabies are definitely an sti. so get to a sexual clinic asap.
