IS THIS AN STI?!?!

It is not painful or itchy just really really unnerving to look at. would really appreciate a second opinion after i was told to use clotrimazole. I've only applied it twice but does not seem to be helping at all. Thank you

personally i think it looks like thrush which is a fungal/bacterial infection its really common and is not an STI google it

I have a similar problem, it feels like i get it from rubbing on my clothing, perhaps you may use the cream for some time longer.
