I noticed in the shower the other day that I had this weird looking blister right by my anus / butthole. It just seems like one singular spot on the outside. It doesn't hurt but it just seems really large and irregular on the smooth skin there. I have absolutely no idea what it is and it just is really bothering me as I don't know if I should go to my doctor or my dermatologist to get it checked out.
For context, I've not been great poop wise lately. I had to strain a bit and have had some diarrhea lately, so it makes me wonder if it's a result of hemorrhoids or constipation. However, I did notice about 2 years ago some weird looking bumps inside my butt/anus, so it makes me wonder if it's anal warts or not. I just have absolutely no idea what it is or what to do, so I would appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

the inside looks like sti/std the outside looks like a skin tag. have you gotten tested? if not go get tested right away.
An update for everyone: I went to my primary care provider today to get an opinion, and he believes it’s either warts or molluscum. He prescribed a topical to try for both, but said I likely will need to get surgery to remove the internal ones.
Hi! Yes, I get tested for STIs typically every 3 months or so, so I know it’s not chlamydia, gonorrhea, or HIV as of 4/11/23. I went and saw my PCP today and he believes it may be molluscum or warts on the inside and outside. He prescribed a topical to try out, but he recommended I go to my dermatologist to see if they can perform a removal surgery via laser or cryotherapy on them.
Further update, saw my dermatologist. He believes the one on the outside is a molluscum and removed it with a Curette. He was unable to really do anything about the internal ones I’ve noticed, so I’ve being referred to a gastroenterologist for those ones.
