Suck in my own head
like I'm in a floating bubble
It's anxiety as it increases in social situations ect but it's there all the time 24 7 my head is so tired and dizzy it really is awful can anyone relate.
I'm on sertraline 150mg.
I feel like I'm nit in reality ! Obviously I am.
hey rachel i know exactly how you feel and i know its horrible. it feels like your going mad! but i can safley say your not. do you think maybe the meds are making you abit dazey?
You seem to be on quite a high dose of sertraline. Naybe this is contributing to you feeling altered,and your'e dose should be altered.
I was in a daze before so I don't know but I know my head is killing and my ears and I feel soooo sick. Been on 150mg for a week so hope is settles soon
They kept upping it as it wasn't effective at lower dose for the depression so I can't win.
I've felt that way, on and off, without medication. It reassures me to know someone else has felt this way. I relate to everything you posted besides the medication. I hope you find a way to lessen the symptoms. I did CBT for social anxiety and it helped somewhat. I do still feel unfocused and in a dream-like state more often than desired. It feels uncontrollable.

I take at night too. Iv been on 150 a week and I'm so tired. Headache all the time. Ears hurts. Just total crap! Should it ease. Iv been on then since March I started at 50 x
