Is this anxiety or something else?

I was just looking ti get some advice really and to see if other anxiety suffers feel the same. About five weeks ago I started having 'funny dos' (I've called them this as I have no idea on proper terms etc) they started off quite ! te mild I would feel light headed quite spaced out, struggling to breath my heart would ache and beat faster I had an overwhelming sense of panic suddenly and my skin would feel numb I feel completely ridiculous saying but I feel every time like something bad is happening and I am going to die. It started off and the episodes would last around ten minutes or so now they are lasting up to an hour and happening more frequently. So I went to my doctor and had a chat i told her they have just come out of the blue i haven't been stressed and nothing is going on at home apart from a new job (which I love) so she checked my pulse which was at 146 so she decided to put me on beta blockers (propranolol) whilst awaiting further blood tests. However thw funny dos are getting worse and more often which are making me feel stressed and also ibe noticed im having more off days than not it is making day to day tasks difficult and work also. I constantly feel 'out of it' I feel off balance and light headed. Is this anxiety or something else? I have to wait three weeks for blood tests I just need some advice I can't cope with my mind at the minute

Classic signs. Dont got on medication, it only numbs it and the problems are still there. I had same issues about 3 months ago and found this bloke in Sheffield who helped me in weeks.

Been there , had every sympton on the book, still have some like heart ache pullpation , ringing in my ears now is been for months, but when you accept is really anxiety and ignore the symptoms will get better , trust me i was living in hell for over 10 months , i take xanax only when needed good like, living with anxiety is not fun it takes a toll on your life.
