My left arm & left leg have a heaviness feeling in them. It's not numb, just heavy. I'm not having any other symptoms. I went to the dr & got Becker out because I was having headaches for almost a month & my dr told me that it was anxiety related & for me to calm down. I wasn't having this heaviness feeling in my arm & leg at the time that I went to him. Well occasionally I get this heavy feeling in the same arm & leg & idk why but I'm worried about this being something other than anxiety like a stroke or a brain tumor. My husband has told me many times that he has the same thing happen to him occasionally if he sleeps on them wrong & he said that I more than likely slept on that side wrong. But I just have a little bit of a hard time believing that in a way. I really can't afford to go back to the dr right now. I don't feel anxious/stressed about anything so I find it hard to believe that this could be anxiety related. Any help would be greatly appreciated please!! It's been like this since yesterday evening.

I know when I'm anxious or even just stressed my arms feel heavy with a slight numbness, especially when I sleep on them. They can hurt all day. You also could have pulled a muse and it's repairing
It's not going to be anything serious but if it continues to bother see your doctor.
