So along with heart palpitations, chest pains that last a few seconds, and aches on my arm and back I have been having shortness of breath. They can occur when I am sitting but often when I get up and move around I feel it most and I feel my heart a lot more when I stand up and move, walk, etc. Is this a symptom of anxiety? I have been having severe health anxiety and fear this is a heart arrhythmia. Please help me out thanks so much.
Have you seen a cardiologist?

It sounds like Anxiety, although in this, you will feel much better in yourself if you see your GP.
The situation you find yourself in need not be anything serious, however sometimes distracting your fears and understanding your health need to be taken into consideration.

You are having some classic symptoms of Anxiety Disorder. Look into calming techniques to help with some of the symptoms and see your dr. about starting you on something mild to further help your symptoms. I just started suffering panic attacks, followed by anxiety symptoms for a week or better afterwards, and yes, it is hell. Hence, me giving you the above advice. Seeing your dr. will help you get it manageable, but it is not fun! From what I've read, panic attacks and/or anxiety can start up with little or no provocation.
