It doesn’t appear to scream a classic herpes lesion however, it seems like a slight sore or ulcer. Does it hurt? Itch? Have you had unprotected sex recently within 2-10 days? I would say it seems like irritation from your yeast infection and Uti but I am not a doctor. I would say go get swabbed if possible or obtain a blood test. i went to the urgent care last night and showed him the picture since he couldnt check down there and he told me it doesnt look like herpes but he looks like irritation from my discharge or sex. i did have unprotected sex on thrusday but ever since ive been having a burning sensation and the urge to pee and even blood in my urine. i did the uti test and it cane back negative so he did a culture for every std.
