Yes, that does look like Balanitis.
Keep using Canasten - it can take 10 days to work but I woukd use a little bit 3x a day. But also see a doctor in case it may not be yeast.
Are you sexually active?
Can you expose the head of your penis more easily now you are using the canesten … ?
