Is this balanitis, some other std, or just normal penis?

I’m a Male 22, only other condition I have is hypothyroidism, which I am medicated for.
I used to have a mild case of phimosis, which I discovered when I was around 15, now I’m 22 and throughout the years ive pretty much gotten rid of it completely and my foreskin is no longer tight, but I’ve always had a red penis head like this, and its been senstive to the touch, but I can’t tell whether that was because of phimosis or balanitis, right now its way less sensitive to touch than years ago and I can have sex without pain or discomfort but I often feel sore after long sessions of sex, now I live in the caucasus region and ive noticed that people in this region actually have slightly redder penis heads than other white people but this is redder than usual I feel like, around a year ago I went to a doctor and at first he assured me everything was okay and it did not look odd, but then I told him my suspiciouns and he said it might be balanoplastithis (based on my description and suspicion, not the actual diagnosis from the examination of the penis), and assigned me a cream to use, which I did, and it had no effect, after which he assigned me an anti herpis cream, which also had no effect, and after that he kind of gave up on it and said theres nothing wrong with my dick, I also had some tests done and it came back in negative for gonorrhea and Trichomoniasis, and said that the fungul and bacterial levels were normal, the only thing that was elevated was blood sample in the urine, which the doctor said was fine (??) so idk if this is normal or not, I suspect the elevated blood levels might have to do with a UTI, so should I consult another doctor or is all of this normal? Thanks in advance.

I only comment on posts that have photos directly loaded to this site

How did they test fungul and bacterial levels?

Do you mean herpes cream and not herpis cream? If so, there is no cream for herpes, it requires oral medication. Also, this is not herpes!

A simple swab wipe test is useless, you would be better requesting a brush swab (similar to a cervix brush swab) or biopsy. I have this condition, it also appears from posts that others do to. Unfortunately no one has managed to get a true diagnosis yet.

Try and see a genital skin dermatologist and get them to listen to you - quite often penis issues aren’t taken seriously and we get told it’s due to anxiety.

Having had the same problems as you with my penis when I was younger (my foreskin wouldn’t retract erect until I was 26-27) I would say your glans looks normal to me. Yours actually looks quite well, I have some scarring due to recurring balanitis as a teenager.
