Is this balanitis?

I've had red spots and a slightly pain in my glans for a week now. Since the day I notice it I started to clean it with warm water and soap once a day. Also I clean it (only with water) after pee. I've had this before but it never took that long to heal. Should I be worried? No soap? No warm water?

Are you sexually active, if so, with or without condoms?
So you need to stop using the soap - warm, never hot water is fine. The photos do not show anything in particular.
I will attach part of one of my guides for you to think about the broader issues you need to address:
.
Penile Hygiene Protocol to Combat Penile Problems

In the mean time abstain from applying anything at all to your penis - wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand and fingertips only. Don’t apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can. If you use condoms regularly try doing without the need to use them for a few weeks.
