This started appearing just yesterday, I think it’s balanitis. How can I stop it from getting worse and if possible, treat it without going to doctor?

Whatever the cause the approach most doctors would take is to prescribe you an antifungal cream - in pure statistical terms this is most often the cause.
So you need to get some antifungal cream and follow the instruction on using it on genitals - usually this is something like apply twice daily after washing the area for 14 days.
ONLY after that you will know whether it has been a fungal / yeast issue or not. If you still have the problem go see a Pharmacist and specify that you have tried an antifungal, name to them the one you used and ask if they would recommend anything else.
