is it a white substance
its not a white substance - its white skin
u say it can be wiped away
if the skin itself was white it would not wipe off
it can be, but it'll return a few days later even with correct washing techniques etc. im wondering if its an underlying issue, perhaps ecexma or balantis or HPV (although this probably should of showed up on my recent sexual health check?)
its not hpv as that does not wipe away neither does balantitis as thats irritaion to the tip of the penis and u dont seen to have any of that its not eczema either as that also would not wipe away its either smegma or yeast but again yeast causes redness and irritation when its wiped away its also very hard to wipe off
smegma does return its naturally produced by the penis glans and u have to keep on top of washing
i did have some irratation to the head of my penis for some time however i believed it was my shower gel and i changed it, now it has disappeared and left it a bit shiny - but im guessing this is just the healing process. but this issue i have posted wont go away.
like i said smegma is produced naturally by the glans its something most men have u have to clean everyday u should book an appointment to see your doctor so that they can explain that its a natural occurance and not any disease of any kind
thanks kim for your help.
please post back and let me know if u see someone and wat they said as i say skin conditions dont wipe off neither does hpv etc its either smegma or yeast growth but with yeast its difficult to remove and leave red inflamed areas underneath so i think it may just be smegma if its easily wiped away
