I have been having on and off constipation for over 7/8 weeks now. I have been using a nutribullet with loads of fruit and veg (stawberrys/raspberrys)
i noticed today on paper i put down to check stool before i flushed it what looks like blood or could be red skin. was a bit of skin in stool but stool looks normal and no blood anywhere else i checked. The streak was only in bit of mucus that came out before/after the stool. blood or food?
