Friday night I noticed these spiky white bumps around the opening of my vagina. I don’t have a burning sensation when I pee, they do not hurt, burn or itch. I’m not sure what to think. I’ve never seen it experienced this before. could it possibly be herpes? I have had sex (unprotected or otherwise ) in over 6 months.
